We’re thrilled to welcome Elise Marchouba to the New Tales family as our new Studio Producer! Elise is a seasoned producer who worked in the gaming industry for 8 years already. She started her career in a sports studio then moved to a small indie team focusing on eccentric experiences (killer robot vacuums, relaxing flying experiences, etc.). She then moved to Sweden where she has been a Senior Producer for Contraband, a AAA game published by Microsoft. She worked across many specialties including VFX, Lighting, Tech Art, Feature Gameplay, Level Design (and Art), World Design (and Art) and more… Her favorite games? Heavy narrative-based games, where you feel like the world adjusts to your decisions. Even though Elise enjoys playing to Age of Empires or RollerCoaster Tycoon from time to time. When she’s not playing videogames, she likes to watch the Australian Football League as she is originally from Melbourne! She also loves going to art museums around the world and seeing iconic impressionist and figurative works. Before she decided to become a producer, she studied Fashion and still like to sew a lot of her own clothes!

Gaming for Good is one of New Tales’ key values. As a publisher and a game developer, we deeply believe that video games have a role to play in the current environmental and social transition. The content featured in our creations contributes to establishing reference points for players and can be utilized to raise awareness about contemporary issues. As a responsible company, it is also our duty to incorporate social and environmental considerations into the very core of our organization, being in our practices as a publisher or at the heart of our creative and development processes. This is why we have been part of, and we are actively supporting, the Screens of Tomorrow project. Initiated by Sparknews (environmental and social storytelling expert) originally for TV and movie content, a specific toolbox has now been developed for the video game industry in partnership with various game studios and publishers, the Syndicat National du Jeu Vidéo and with the support of ADEME (The French Agency for Ecological Transition). Screens of Tomorrow provides comprehensive resources and a guide for all teams seeking to integrate representations of a more sustainable and inclusive society into their games. New Tales supports the Screens of Tomorrow initiative

We are more than happy to welcome Anaïs Sorrentino to the New Tales family as our new Senior Animator!
With over 15 years experience in animation. She started at Hydravision Entertainment, working on franchises such as ObsCure and Alone in the Dark, then at Mighty Rocket Studio on a beat&#39;em all called Final Exam. She also has a background in the audiovisual field, directing short films for children in 2D animation for cinema, and animating 3D series.
Anaïs loves old point-and-click and turn-by-turn RPGs. She’s very keen on Warhammer 40K and Dan Abnett books.

In her spare time, she enjoys reading and writing SFFF, video games, board and role-playing games with family, as much as messing up recipes.

Also, don&#39;t leave her close to any plant… Every plant that enters her house sees its life expectancy drop drastically. Even cactus.
