Community Content Manager F/M

New Tales is currently seeking a highly motivated, creative, english bilingual Community Content Manager, eager to rally new communities from the ground up while working on ambitious video games IPs.

You will be reporting to the Communication & Community Lead and part of the Publishing team integrating Brand management, Communication, Digital Marketing and Media. As Community Content Manager, you are an expert on players communities and influencers relations. You will be responsible for generating, implementing, delivering and monitoring innovative player engagement strategies, as well as managing and growing a strong connection between our gaming community and our internal teams for the IPs under your watch. As part of achieving this, you'll help craft and share stories about our games, engage with the community on relevant platforms, and nurture a growing network of content creators.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Develop & maintain a deep understanding of the IP and Brand under your watch
  • Manage and develop IP and Brand social channels in collaboration with Brand and Communication teams
  • Creating content such as blog posts, articles, newsletters, communications materials, and material for social media channels
  • Manage content approval process across game studio, legal and partners
  • Manage social agencies & partners, including influencers, implement campaigns in collaboration with Brand and Communication teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Define and develop a community, social media & influencer strategy for IP under your watch
  • Monitor and report on community feedbacks and activities
  • Share reports with studios and publishing team in actionable format
  • Optimize social engagement levels and demonstrate ROI on community initiatives
  • Build relationships with community members and influencers
  • Work with Customer Support teams to create a framework and establish a knowledge base that will help with dealing with player issues
  • Work on Social & community monitoring tools selection, process & implementation.

Requirements

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • 3+ years of work experience in digital/social agency, video games, entertainment or publishing categories, in an international context and a proven experience of community development and social media management, ideally on a MMORPG.
  • Deep knowledge of online social channels and marketing practices.
  • Ability to share a creative vision and produce high-quality content (written, video, audio) to share that vision online and offline.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills, with a passion for storytelling, that will help generate impactful content.
  • Proven experience in influencer management and an established network of gaming influencers.
