Game Release Manager F/M

New Tales is currently seeking a highly motivated, creative and results driven Game Release Manager.

You will be Reporting to the Chief Technical Officer and work closely with the Publishing team integrating Communication, Community, Digital Marketing and Media. As Game Release Manager, you are an expert on the intellectual properties under your watch, and responsible for managing our games releases & live operations, as well as for the relationship with the stores & the 1st parties. You are also in charge of leading and coordinating our operational efforts, including Quality Assurance & Customer Services for our games.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        Manage our games releases

o   Develop & maintain the relationship with digital stores & 1st parties

o   Lead the submission & certification efforts with digital stores & 1st parties to ensure games full compliance

o   Manage directly & through partners the Publishing production (store pages management, ratings etc.)

·        Lead our live operations

o   Act as a constant liaison between the development & publishing teams, ensuring smooth coordination & information flow

o   Evaluate risk and proactively ensure that all redundancies are in place to counteract potential issues. Ensure that solutions are of acceptable quality and drive live operations in collaboration with Development, Publishing, IT, QA & CS.

·        Lead our outsourcing operational efforts

o   Drive the selection of our outsourcing partners for Q&A as well as CS

o   Drive the Q&A & CS day to day operations with the selected partners in collaboration with the Publishing team

·        Contribute to a positive work environment and a healthy team culture.

Requirements

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

·       Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously

·       Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented approach to problem solving

·       Expertise in Microsoft Project, issue tracking software, and other online project management tools  

·       Previous programming, software development, or technical experience

·       Previous experience in release management, live operations &/or game certification

·       Master’s degree preferably in a related discipline

·       Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
