Mobile Producer F/M

This is a fantastic opportunity to join New Tales content and production team, using leading technology to create new genre-defining Mobile and PC games, within our collaborative organization.

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and talented Producer (F/M) to join our adventure at NEW TALES.

WHAT IS THE JOB ABOUT?

As a producer, you will take ownership of all projects’ schedules and budgets, working closely with all other disciplines and outsourcing studios to implement them to the highest standard. You will oversee game development content and feedback, and you will act as a champion of quality.

THAT IS GREAT BUT WHAT DOES IT MEAN FOR THE DAY TO DAY?

·        Oversee New Tales first steps in mobile gaming, working on titles that are both mobile and PC

·        Play a key role in the definition of the project and its milestones

·        Create synergies between the outsourcing studios and New Tales teams to solve problems

·        Make sure that the project is coherent and in line with the project vision

·        Create an environment which allows for open dialogue and encourages new creative ideas while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

·        4+ years’ experience in game development, especially mobile game development

·        Strong project and risk management experience

·        Proven track record in managing and coordinating production efforts across various platforms, including PC, console, and mobile, ensuring consistent quality and alignment with platform-specific requirements.

·        Demonstrated experience managing the process of shipping a game and live operations.

·        Proven track record of delivering results, coupled with a strong passion for effectively using and collaborating with various applications (e.g., Slack, Miro, etc.) to drive project success, adapting as necessary to meet job demands.

·        Demonstrated ability to develop comprehensive schedules, monitor task progress and deliverables, and achieve timely completion of project objectives. Proven experience in organizing activities and providing oversight to ensure project adherence and meet deadlines.

·        Analytical, observant, and strategic, applying the right balance between data and qualitative information to decision-making.

·        Extra: Design, Programming or Art background as well as working with remote studios

·        Extra: Experience as a player, and/or a previous role in mobile gaming.

·        Extra: Experience with Unreal and/or Unity engine.
