Fading Echo is officially announced!
And here we are. Finally. Our very first game, Fading Echo, is out in the open—and we’re beyond excited! Huge thanks to the amazing team at the Future Games Show for premiering our trailer. If you haven’t seen it yet, here it is. And if you have seen it… well, feel free to watch it again. It’s really good. (We’re totally not biased.)
Fading Echo is our very first love child as a studio. A systemic action-adventure game set in an immense universe we call the Echoverse. It’s currently in development for PC, PlayStation5, Xbox Series X|S. And if you own a smart fridge… we’re sorry, it’s not supported. (Yet?).
At Emeteria, we like our action fluid, our systems alive, and our worlds just the right amount of unhinged. With Fading Echo, our goal has always been to create something that feels fluid, expressive, and rewarding something you can engage with your own way. As the game is conveniently set across a sprawling multiverse, we wanted each reality to rewrite the rules as you go, wrapped in a surreal, comic-inspired art style that’s anything but ordinary. Powered by Unreal Engine 5, we’ve aimed for an experience that’s strange, striking, entertaining, and occasionally jaw-dropping in the best “wait, did that gigantic whale just fly over me?” kind of way.
